The Supercard DSTWO has landed. After what seems like an eternity, the next interation of the Supercard product line is out in the wild. My package arrived today and i've only had chance to take this one rather dodgy photo. As usual I shall be putting this beast through its paces. Due to the impressive feature set, this will take some time, so don't expect a review within a few days.
I shall be testing every facet of this ground breaking device. I hope my review will answer many of the questions that prospective buyers may have. To further aid this, I am open and willing to test any feature/game/homebrew query you may have. You can contact me via

Update:
During the first few hours of testing, the DSTWO started developing a fault., It kept freezing whilst using the GBA emulator. It has since completely died. My DSi doesn't even detect it anymore. So I've returned it back to China. Obviously the review is on hold till I receive a replacment. Not a good start for a new product. |

Since the launch of the iEDGE back in January, I've been noticing an increasing number of forum posts, in which people have been recounting various problems and issues when trying to set up their new iEDGE cart.
Hopefully this guide will enable new users to get up and running with the minimum amount of stress and hassle. It's my little way of giving something back to the DS community. I've tried to simplify every step so even most green of PC users *should* be able to follow the instructions.

Team Cyclop's follow up to its budget line Edge cart has been a long time in the making. This is their first DSi compatible flash cart. They are the last of the "Big" players to enter the DSi arena. Is the iEdge simply an incremental hardware update or does it bring something new to the table? Read on..

The mighty R4 set the ball rolling for slot 1 solutions. Before its arrival the DS Homebrew scene was a bit Heath Robinson, with slot 2 GBA cartridges and pass me devices enabling users to run code on their handheld console. For a while the R4 ruled the market, sweeping all before it. The term R4 became synonymous with flash carts, much like the Hoover brand with vacuum cleaners. Then the updates began to dry up and a myriad array of clone carts filled the void promising SDHC support and new features which the original product didn't have. These cards have created wholesale confusion to many unknowing buyers, who are completely unaware that many R4 clones are simply rebranded DSTT's, EZ-FLASH's or even DS FIRE carts. With no standard hardware and software ranging from minor hacks to complete rip-offs of other products OS's, only compounded the damage to the R4 brand name.
Enter the M3 team, who earlier this year, announced they would be producing a new range of official R4 products. These are the R4 SDHC (which supports the DSL only)The R4i (which supports the DSi and SDHC) and finally, the R4i RTS (which supports the DSi, SDHC and also incorporates real-time-save). So can these carts bring some semblance of order back to the R4 Brand, with the promise of decent hardware quality and frequent software updates? Read on..
